Every Room Has A Story. Every person does too. This is mine.

Hey friends, my name is Garrett! I'm just a girl, a saw in one hand, family in the other, and the gospel in my heart. Looking at a snapshot of my life, where I am now, seems so...odd, how in the world did I get here? But when I look back at my life, and trace all the steps, I see how Jesus perfectly and intricately wove all the details together to get me to this exact place.

When I first began refinishing furniture the Holy Spirit gave me this idea, or slogan, that "every room has a story," and the furniture I make would help write it. I imagined families sitting around tables creating memories that would be tucked away in their family's long book of stories that they would share for generations.

If I'm being honest I never realized those Holy Spirit words would become so special, that God was opening the door for me to be a tiny part of others lives. It wrecks my heart...I think you're going to hear (or read) me say that a lot on this page, God has just been so good to me. This is a space I plan to share my stories, the ones already storied away, and a few still being written. I believe every person has a unique story, written by the Creator of the heavens and Earth, and this is mine!
